Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule was released in theaters on December 5, 2024. The film is performing brilliantly at the box office and has become a huge success for the actor. Now, the actor has expressed that he wants the records created by his film to be broken in 2-3 months.
Speaking at the success meet of the film, Allu Arjun said, “I have to say something about the box office numbers. The numbers you see are a reflection of people’s love. The numbers are temporary but the love that is in your hearts will last forever, thanks for that love.
Additionally, the actor said, “I always believe that the numbers have to be broken and yes, being in this place…it’s good to enjoy this situation. Probably for 2-3 months, I would like to be in this place and Would like to enjoy these records. However, within 2-3 months, hopefully by next summer, I would like these records to be broken. It does not matter which film industry, be it Telugu or Tamil. Hindi. It doesn’t matter. But I want this record to be broken.
Furthermore, the actor highlighted that when such records are broken, then only it means that India is progressing and moving up. He further said that he wants these figures to be broken as soon as possible because this is development and he likes development.
Also, in the same event, Allu Arjun expressed his gratitude towards the entire team of Pushpa. He expressed his heartfelt condolences to everyone working on the film and said that full credit goes to director Sukumar for carrying out such a project.
The Icon star said, “If I have to sum it up from one person’s perspective, it is none other than my director, who is ruling the Indian cinema box office. I give my director my highest respect because it is his success. It’s none other than my director Bandi Sukumar Garu,” she said, highlighting how it was his vision and hard work that brought them all to this level of success with Pushpa 2: The Rule.
