Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot in April 2022 and welcomed their daughter Raha in November the same year. The couple is often vocal about child-rearing. Alia recently revealed that her daughter Raha once called her father Ranbir Kapoor ‘Papa Bhatt’. The actress also shared that Ranbir is extremely creative during his play time.
In the recently released promo of Kareena Kapoor Khan’s talk show, What Women Want, Alia Bhatt revealed how her daughter Raha once took her name.
The promo shows Kareena mentioning that Alia has added “Kapoor” as her second surname. Alia replies, “You know Raha said that. She said, ‘Alia Bhatt’ and once she said, ‘Papa Bhatt’.”
Talking about Ranbir as a father, the Alpha actress expressed that he is super-creative while playing Raha and she will never be able to match his skills.
Earlier, during her film promotion, Alia Bhatt had revealed that her daughter Raha loves the famous song Naatu Naatu from RRR. Alia shared that the cute munchkin requests the actress to play the track every day and they do the hook step together.
The Love & War actress had earlier talked about Raha watching her parents’ songs. Alia and Ranbir’s daughter has been introduced to songs like Kesariya from Brahmastra: Part One-Shiv, Radha from Student of the Year and Badtameez Dil from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt has a very good bonding with her sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor. The young actress will grace the What Women Want couch in the upcoming episode of the show.
On the work front, in Bollywood, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar’s directorial debut, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in 2023. She was paired with Ranveer Singh in the film. Alia made her Hollywood debut last year with Gal Gadot in Heart of Stone. Alia has projects like Alpha, Love and War and Ek Love Story.
Ranbir Kapoor last starred in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s 2023 film Animal. Now he is preparing for the film ‘Ramayana’ being made under the direction of filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari, in which he will play the role of Lord Ram.
