Alden Henson, known to play Fogi Nelson at the Daredevil, recently joked about the fate of his character in the Daredevil: Born again. A Twitter user met the actor and asked what he thinks is the cause of Fogi’s death, he jokingly said, “I think it’s because I drove Kevin Phees’s feet with my car.”
The fans were excited when Hanson and Debora N Wole (Karen Page) was originally left out of the artists, the fans were excited. However, his excitement quickly turned into despair when Fogi was killed in the first episode.
Daredevil Premier Episode: Born Again again brought back Fogi, only within minutes to be killed by Bullsay for him. This scene as a Daredevil played by Charlie Cox was heartbreaking for fans, slowing down the heartbeat of his best friend.
The decision to kill Fogi was a controversial, as the character was a fan favorite. Initially, early versions of the show reportedly killed him off-screen, but the creative team chose it instead to show it onscreen.
Despite Fogi’s tragic end, some fans believe that he may return. A specific number seen in the background of the episode, 468, has spewed the principles.
In Daredevil Comics, a story was shown in points #468, where Fogi was considered dead, but later witnesses came out under protection. While Daredevil: Born Again takes a different view, the history of Marvel expects fans to bring back the characters through various twists.
Although the death of his character seems permanent, Henson may still appear in flashbacks or as a memory of Matt Murdock. The Daredevil series has used similar storytelling techniques before with the philosophy of Wilson Fisk, which affected the decisions of Matt.
Although it is unlikely that the fogi will be revived, their presence may still affect the future episodes of the show. Fans are disappointed with the verdict, but continue speculation about what is next for the series.
