Alaya is working out”strange things” not for regular people
Alaya Furniturewalla is a fitness enthusiast who loves to push her limits. From doing shoulder stands to performing the toughest yoga asanas, the actress does everything to set a high fitness standard. Once again, to inspire her Instagram family, Alaya shared a new workout video. Under the guidance of her fitness coach, Sunpreet Singh, Alaya can be seen doing something like a calisthenics exercise. Above her head, we can see a rod. Alaya, hanging on to it with a firm grip on her hands, moves her body up and rotates it around. She then crosses one of her legs over the other, stretching out the rest of her body. When her trainer asks Alaya to “try to come back”, it looks like she almost lost her balance. She then asks her coach to help her. Sunpreet rotates her body back and helps her stand up. In the caption, the actress wrote, “Trying new weird things AF, got stuck AF.”

Alaya loves sharing her workout routine to keep her fans motivated. Recently, she posted a video on Instagram in which she held two dumbbells and showed off some impressive skills. Alaya jumped on a stability ball, balanced herself and then did shoulder press-ups and squats on the ball. In her caption, she joked, “What battle are you preparing for, AF? (Are you preparing for war, Air Force?)”
She also mentioned feeling proud of her progress in Sunpreet Singh’s fitness class, adding, “I feel so proud of what I was able to do in class today with Sunpreet Singh (fitness coach) I did the hop-ups in my first attempt itself and even added weights to it, as it was very difficult to do.” Alaya ended her post with a warning, “Please do not attempt this at home without supervision, crash mat and proper training, you can get very injured if it is done incorrectly!”
