In the highlights, Alaya demonstrated remarkable skill in the forearm stand aka Pincha Mayurasana. She skillfully balanced on her forearms, wrists and palms while keeping her shoulder blades wide apart. To increase the difficulty, she rotated her legs 180 degrees while maintaining the position of the forearms and then rotated them back to the starting point.
