Actor Akshay Kumar recently commented on the rumours of him starring in the third part of the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ franchise. In an interview, he termed the rumours as ‘fake news’ and clarified that he is not a part of Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’.

The actor was promoting his recently released film ‘Khel Khel Mein’ when he made this comment. Hindustan Times and denied the rumours. Akshay said, “No, not at all. This is false news.” After his amazing special appearance in the recently released film ‘Stree 2’, reports were rife about his possible cameo in ‘BB 3’.

The actor, who appeared during a post-credit scene in the film, set the screen on fire with his cameo in the Amar Kaushik directorial. The appearance led to celebrations by his fans on social media, who could not contain their happiness on seeing their favourite star entering the supernatural universe with ‘Stree 2’.

The actor is currently going through a slow phase at the box office. Although he says that he will continue working until the audience starts enjoying his work, fans are worried. Perhaps this is the reason why speculations have started on social media about Akshay’s inclusion in this film directed by Anees Bazmee.

‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ also sees the OG Manjulika Vidya Balan return to the story. However, it is not yet clear if she will reprise the role. Madhuri Dixit and Tripti Dimri are the two other new faces joining the ‘BB’ universe this time. The film is set to release on November 1 during the Diwali weekend.
