Austin-based automation company, Automation Anywhere, has introduced its latest AI + Automation Enterprise System along with a set of new tools to enhance company productivity. Launched at Imagine 2024 in Texas, the technology aims to revolutionise business workflows by integrating second-generation GenAI with advanced AI agents.

According to Automation Anywhere, these innovations will significantly increase efficiency, reduce workloads from hours to minutes, and deliver up to ten times business impact across various sectors such as customer service, finance, IT, and HR. Driving business forward with custom AI agents

One of the highlights of the event was the new AI Agent Studio, which allows developers of all skill levels to create custom AI agents using low-code tools. These agents can manage complex cognitive tasks, learn from enterprise data, and make informed decisions to automate processes quickly and accurately.

The technology supports infrastructure models from leading providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, making it versatile and robust for a variety of enterprise needs. For enterprises with enhanced security needs, the technology ensures secure and compliant use of AI and company data.

In addition, developers will have built-in rapid testing to ensure there is less confusion and the outputs are relevant to any use case before putting AI agents into action.

Advanced GenAI Process Model

The new GenAI process models are the foundation of the 2.0 enterprise system, and are designed to accelerate the automation lifecycle. These models are said to provide 30 percent faster process discovery, 90 percent document processing accuracy, and 50 percent increased automation flexibility.

To accelerate commercial production, features such as generative recorder and advanced autopilot have been added, which will reduce automation development by up to 50 percent.

Some of the tools developed in the 2.0 model are – New Automator AI, which enables a comprehensive set of generative AI products and capabilities to accelerate the automation lifecycle, making it faster and easier to build, deploy, and manage automation.

The company also introduced Document Automation, which leverages GenAI for real-time processing of various document types, including unstructured documents, and delivers 90 percent accuracy. This can be helpful in quickly capturing data in the workflow from any document type with the new ability to extract data from complex tables. It offers support for over 30 languages.
Accelerating business productivity

In addition to AI agents and GenAI process models, Automation Anywhere has also launched a set of AI-powered solutions. Automation Co-Pilot now features conversational capabilities through Amazon Q Service, enabling users to seamlessly interact with AI agents and automation in any application.

The Service Operations Solutions Accelerator provides pre-packaged AI agents and workflows for various service operations, with upcoming solutions for specific industries such as finance, IT, HR, and healthcare and manufacturing.
