Prime Video India has released the teaser of Agni, the first Indian film based on firefighters, starring Prateik Gandhi, Divyendu and Saiyami Kher.

Scheduled for release on December 6, 2024, the film promises a gripping story set against the backdrop of a city engulfed by a mysterious wave of fire.

In Agni, Gandhi plays the role of Vitthal, a fearless firefighter, while Divyendu plays Samit, his brother-in-law and a police officer.

Despite their personal differences, the two must work together to find the cause of the increasing fires across Mumbai. Their investigation pushes them into a race against time, as they go through both personal and professional struggles in the face of potential disaster.

The film highlights themes of duty, sacrifice, and resilience, focusing on the role of firefighters and law enforcement.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Prime Video India, Agni aims to present a high-stakes thriller.
