After BB shoot, Salman Khan talked to me for an hour, asked about treatment: Hina Khan
Hina Khan, who is currently battling breast cancer, shared a heartfelt note appreciating Salman Khan’s support after the shoot of Bigg Boss 18. He emphasized her kindness.
Actress Hina Khan, who is battling breast cancer, wrote a long note praising Salman Khan for his thoughtfulness after the Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar shoot. Hina wrote how the superstar sat her down for about an hour and asked her “every little detail” about her cancer treatment.
Hina Khan returned as a guest in Bigg Boss Saturday night’s episode was hosted by Salman Khan. She then wrote a note about her conversation with the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor, expressing how touched she was by his gesture.
Hina further wrote, “I always learn something from my meetings with the most humble and kind Salman Khan, however this time it was different.” Standing around all day, doing what he does.. Salman really touched my heart.. He called me and sat for about an hour, asking about every little detail of my treatment and the way He tried to boost my confidence, unlike anything else. Not only did he share his experiences and the knowledge he gained so I’m sure I’ll be leaving ‘a more confident person’ than I was before, he reassured me that I would be fine.”
The actor further added, “The thing is, he didn’t need to do all this… but he did… he is who he is… how busy he is… how busy he is with work… yet he Succeeded in doing so.” Show your support personally. This is not just a heartfelt support for me.. It is also a lesson and I will never forget it Salman.. My highest respect for you, always (sic).

As shown in the promo, Salman first invited the 37-year-old on stage and said, “Please welcome the real-life fighter Hina Khan.” She then talked about the things the show has taught her – to be resilient, strong and determined. He said, “This beautiful journey in Bigg Boss has given me strength. The show has given me a beautiful label and now the whole world knows me as ‘Sher Khan’.”
Acknowledging Hina’s sentiments and referring to her cancer journey, Salman said, “You are fighting every challenge. You will be 1,000 per cent okay,” and tears welled up in his eyes.

In June this year, Hina Khan had revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage-3 breast cancer. The actor has been sharing encouraging posts about his cancer journey on Instagram.
