Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently shared a cryptic post on ‘friendship’ and ‘relationship’ on her Instagram Stories. The post grabbed a lot of attention as it came just days after her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya’s engagement to Sobhita Dhulipala.

In her Instagram story, Samantha shared a post about the nature of friendship and relationships, writing, “Many people see friendships and relationships as reciprocal and I agree with that too. You give. I give. But over the years I’ve learned that sometimes love forces you to give even when the other person is in no position to give anything in return. It’s you give, I give – I give until you are able to give back. And vice versa. Love is a sacrifice. Even if the balance is upset for a season. Grateful for those who continued to contribute even when I had nothing to give back.”

Samantha’s ex-husband Naga Chaitanya got engaged to his girlfriend, actress Sobhita Dhulipala, on August 8 after dating for about a year and a half.

Naga Chaitanya’s father Nagarjuna expressed his happiness while sharing the news on X and welcomed Shobhita into his family.

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya got married in 2017 and announced their separation in October 2021.

On the professional front, Samantha was last seen in the film ‘Kushi’ opposite Vijay Deverakonda and will be starring in the upcoming project ‘Bangaram’. She will also be seen in Raj and DK’s ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ alongside Varun Dhawan, Kay Kay Menon and Sikander Kher, which is set to release in November.
