After the destructive cloudbers in Uttarkashi, many celebrities expressed their grief on social media. Actors Sonu Sood, Adivi Sesh and Raghav Juyal, others have raised their support. This incident caused flood and significant destruction in the area. This has claimed the lives of at least five persons and displaced many others.
Sonu Sood expressed his grief over the tragic incident with a post on X, which was read, “Cloudburst with devastating floods and clouds in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand.
Adivi Sesh also shared his feelings, wrote, “Prayer for #UTTRAKhand. Diligrant scene (SIC).”
Raghav Juyal shared many videos of Kalamity on his Instagram stories. One of them was with “prayer”.
Earlier in the day, Sara Ali Khan expressed her crisis on the situation. He had earlier filmed his first film ‘Kedarnath’ in Uttarakhand region. Through his Instagram stories, he expressed, “My heart goes out for everyone affected by the incident in Uttarakhand. Praying for safety, strength and treatment for all (SIC).”
Cloudbers in Dharli area of Uttarkashi resulted in serious damage to homes, hotels and infrastructure. Rescue operations are going on despite the challenging weather conditions. Teams of police, army, NDRF and SDRF are involved in relief efforts.
