Aditi Rao Hydari recalls Sidharth’s thoughtful proposal, shares wedding venue
Aditi Rao Hydari recently revealed in an interview how Siddharth proposed to her at one of her favourite places. She also revealed the venue of their wedding.
Siddharth and Aditi Rao Hydari are all set to get married later this year in India. In a recent interview, the ‘Heeramandi’ actor revealed how Siddharth proposed to her at a school that was started by her grandmother. She shared an update about their wedding venue without giving away too many details. Siddharth and Aditi Rao Hydari got engaged at a temple earlier this year.
while talking to Vogue IndiaAditi said that there was a joke going on between Siddharth and her for more than a year. He would get down on his knees but would not propose. Instead, he would keep playing with his shoe laces.
Aditi recalled how thoughtful Sidharth was when he proposed to her. She said, “I was at my closest. Maternal grandmotherWho passed away a few years ago. He had started a school in Hyderabad. One day Siddharth asked me if he could see it, as he knew very well how close I was to him.”
Sidharth took Aditi to school in March this year and visited the same place where they spent time during their childhood. “He got down on his knees and I asked him, ‘What have you lost now? Whose shoelaces are untied?’ He kept saying, ‘Addu, listen to me’. And then he proposed. He said he wanted to take me to my favourite childhood place, blessed by my grandmother,” she said.
Siddharth and Aditi met on the sets of ‘Maha Samudram’ in 2021. She said, “He came in and said, ‘Hello, beautiful girl’. Usually, when someone says something like that, it doesn’t work. But he was honest. By the end of the day, he made me and everyone on the set laugh out loud. He also made sure that there was ghee waala idlis made by his cook for me and my team every day for the rest of the shoot.”
So, when is the couple going to get married? Without giving away too many details, Aditi said, “The wedding will be centered around the 400-year-old temple of Wanaparthy, which is very important to my family.” Wanaparthy is a town in Telangana.
It is noteworthy that Aditi and Siddharth’s engagement took place at Srirangapuram temple near Wanaparthi.
Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth have been dating since 2021.
