Tamil actor Shrutika Arjun, who received immense love in Bigg Boss 18, was offered Bigg Boss Tamil last year, which she rejected. His love for Salman Khan and his desire to connect with a larger audience inspired him to opt for the Hindi version this year. Before entering the house, the actor sat down for a special conversation India Today Digital Where Shrutika discussed her decision and explained why, despite winning the cooking competition, she has no plans to step into the BB18 kitchen.

“I have followed every one tamil version season But never watched Hindi shows. However my mother is a huge fan and she remembers every conversation and fight probably even better than the makers. I was offered Bigg Boss Tamil last season, but I recently came out of my reality show Kuku with Komali, which I won. For this, I had spent a lot of time preparing with the chef and I wanted to spend time with my family. I didn’t want to do another show after that and so I turned down the offer. When the offer for a Hindi show came, I thought why not? This may bring me even more love,” said Shrutika.

The actor said that she was initially apprehensive whether the Hindi industry would be able to accept it. “Language is a barrier and I thought everyone would make fun of me, will make fun ofHowever, as soon as I came to Mumbai and met the team, they had only love for me. “I know many people will feel that I got a better chance in a Tamil show, but I believe you will be the same person regardless of the language,” Shrutika said.

Talking about her love for host Salman Khan, Shrutika said that to say that she is his fan would be an understatement. “I came to the show for him. It was my dream to meet him. Being from another industry, I never thought that I would be able to be on the same stage with him. I want to stay in the show for a long time because I I want him to talk to me every weekend, and I want him to scold me, and show me the right path. Only when you care about someone can you get angry at him and I want to have that bond with him. ,” she mentioned.

Finally, Shrutika Arjun revealed that despite winning the cooking show, she has no intention of stepping into the kitchen of Bigg Boss 18. She humorously admitted that, as a pampered “daughter and wife”, she couldn’t even make a good cup of coffee. She laughed, “I think when I did my show, like any student, I packed everything in and took the exam. And then forgot everything because I can’t do any work in the kitchen anymore.”
