Actor Suniel Shetty along with his son Ahan Shetty recently bought a property worth Rs 8.01 crore in Mumbai. As per the registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the property is located in Khar West (Bandra). It was a ‘sale certificate’ and the property was acquired by the father and son through bank auction purchase.

As per the documents, the property purchased by Shetty is spread over an area of ​​111.52 square metres. (~1,200.39 sq ft). The transaction was finalized in October 2024 with stamp duty fees of Rs. 40.08 lakh and registration fee Rs. 30,000.

Square Yards highlighted that many other celebrities, including Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty, have recently invested in Bandra, Mumbai. The area is highly coveted due to its proximity to Bandra-Kurla Complex and commercial hubs like Worli and Andheri.

Suniel Shetty is known for his versatile roles in Indian cinema over the last three decades with hit films like Hera Pheri, Dhadkan and Main Hoon Na. His son Ahan Shetty debuted with Tadap in 2021. He is all set to join in Sunny Deol’s war drama Border 2 With Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Dhawan.
