Hanu-Man director Prashant Verma is collaborating with National Award-winning actor Rishabh Shetty for his next film Jai Hanuman. The director shared the first-look poster of the film.

Hanu-Man director Prashant Verma released the first-look poster of his ambitious new film, Jai Hanuman on Wednesday, October 30. The director chose Kantara star Rishabh Shetty to lead the film. The first-look poster of the film featured Rishabh as Lord Hanuman, accompanied by a temple-like idol of Lord Ram.
Prashanth has collaborated with Mythri Movie Makers on Jai Hanuman, the sequel to his hit film Hanu-Mana, which released earlier this year. The film is part of the Prashant Verma Cinematic Universe (PVCU). Starring Shetty, who recently earned widespread praise and a National Award for her performance in Kantara, Jai Hanuman is set to be one of the most anticipated upcoming releases.
Prashant brought his grand vision #Jayhanuman to the film’s poster social media platform. Let’s start this Diwali with the sacred mantra Jai Hanuman and let it resonate across the world.

The first-look poster of the film was appreciated by the audience, who felt that it represented Lord Hanuman’s physical strength and spiritual devotion towards Lord Rama. As mentioned by the makers, this new chapter is set in the mythological context of Kaliyuga, and imagines Lord Hanuman in Agyatavas, or self-imposed exile, where he remains silent but powerful, waiting to emerge. It is a symbol of strength. Varma’s vision for Jai Hanuman blends high-octane action with mythological depth.
Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, Jai Hanuman has been crafted on a grand scale, with top-tier technical standards to enhance the visual appeal of the story. Prashant Verma, who is writing and directing the film, aims to deliver a cinematic experience showcasing Indian mythology with a modern touch. As seen in Hanu-Mann, he seamlessly blends his stories with Indian mythology and presents an Indian superhero in a never-seen-before avatar.
Meanwhile, Rishabh Shetty is currently working on Kantara Chapter 1, a prequel to Kantara. 300 BC Set in, the story delves deep into the mythology and cultural background that set the stage for Kantara. Prashant Verma, on the other hand, is currently working on expanding his cinematic universe with films like Jai Hanuman, Aadheera and Mahakali.
