Hanu-Man director Prashant Verma released the first-look poster of his ambitious new film, Jai Hanuman on Wednesday, October 30. The director chose Kantara star Rishabh Shetty to lead the film. The first-look poster of the film featured Rishabh as Lord Hanuman, accompanied by a temple-like idol of Lord Ram.
Prashanth has collaborated with Mythri Movie Makers on Jai Hanuman, the sequel to his hit film Hanu-Mana, which released earlier this year. The film is part of the Prashant Verma Cinematic Universe (PVCU). Starring Shetty, who recently earned widespread praise and a National Award for her performance in Kantara, Jai Hanuman is set to be one of the most anticipated upcoming releases.

As mentioned by the makers, this new chapter is set in the mythological context of Kaliyuga, and imagines Lord Hanuman in Agyatavas, or self-imposed exile, where he remains silent but powerful, waiting to emerge.
