South stars Ajit Kumar and Nandamuri Balakrishna were honored at the Padma Awards 2025 held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on 28 April.
Nandamuri Balakrishna chose a traditional dress to achieve his Padma Bhushan, while Tamil superstar Ajit Kumar opted for a formal lawsuit as he accepted his honor. Other award winners included filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor, and posthumous recipients Pankaj Udhas and Mount Vasudevan Nair.

A chilling video has surfaced from Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, which shows a tourist in a picturesque scenario peacefully, ignorant of the deadly terrorist attack below.
