Acer has officially re-entered the Indian smartphone market with the launch of two new phones-Super SX and Super ZX Pro. The announcement comes after a series of teaser. It is possible that the brand is the latest attempt to draw attention to India’s competitive mid-range segment. Both phones will go on sale through Amazon starting from April 25, pricing will start from Rs 9,990. here are the details.

Among the two, Acer Super ZX Pro is a high-end option. It has a 6.7 -inch full HD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and dolby vision support. It runs on MediaTek’s new ovarian 7400 chip and is paired with RAM up to 12 GB, as well as the ability to expand memory. The device also includes a metal finish back, thermal cooling system for continuous performance and an IP64 rating for dust and water protection.

For imaging, the 50MP Sony IMX882 with Super ZX Pro OIS is equipped with primary camera, supported by 5MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro lens. At the front, it has a 50MP selfie camera that supports 2K video recording. The phone also packs the stereo speaker with Dolby Atomos and 5000mAh battery.

On the other hand, Super ZX is a more economical offering. It plays a slightly larger 6.8-inch full HD+ LCD panel with the same 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Powered by the MediaTek dimensions 6300 processor, it provides RAM up to 8GB and supports memory expansion via virtual RAM.

This includes a triple rear camera setup with a depth of 2MP and 64MP Sony Litia sensor with macro cameras. The 13MP front camera handles selfie. Like the Pro variants, Super ZX also gets a 5000mAh battery and maintains a slim 8.6 mm design.

The Super ZX is priced at Rs 9,990, while the Super ZX Pro is set to Rs 17,990. With these new launch, Acer is clearly looking for budget-conscious users as well as feature-rich devices with competent performance and design.
