Abhilasham will start streaming in the south from May 23, 2025. Announcing on X, the OTT veteran wrote, “#Abihailasham, except India, streaming in the world from 23 May from 23 May.” According to Ottplay, the film will be available for streaming in India on Prime Video.

Abhilasma follows the story of Abhilash, a person who has long disturbed silent feelings for Sherin Mosa. He did not accept his love before going away. Years later, Sherin returns to his hometown and shakes old feelings. The story states whether Abhilash will finally share his true feelings.
The central struggle begins when Sherin asked Abhilash to send 10 bottles of his shop for a friend abroad. This leads to a minor legal issue. Abhilash’s best friend, a lawyer named Navas Vallikunu, deliberately complicates the situation. Their purpose is to bring Abhilash and Sherin closer. The story then introduces Thaju, a major supporting character that affects the direction of his story.
As such incidents come out, the film highlighted Abhilash’s efforts to re -connect with Sherin. The way, many twists and misunderstandings arise, shape their journey.
