ABFRL Q4 Results: Net loss for Rs 23 crore; Revenue Rs. 1,719 crores have been done

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited said that their integrated net loss was Rs 23.55 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2025. During the January-March quarter a year ago, the company registered a net loss of Rs 266.36 crore, according to the regulatory filing of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail LTD (ABFRL) a year ago.

During the quarter under review, its performance has increased to Rs 1,719.48. In that year, the period of Rs. 1,575.12 crore.

The total cost of ABFRL in the March quarter was Rs. 1,959.53 crore.

According to ABFRL, its results are not comparable due to Madura fashion and lifestyle business dimmer.

“Regardless of the Dimerger, the balance of property and responsibilities related to MFL business has been transferred to the resulting company. Accordingly, the balance sheet is not comparable to the balance sheet by March 31, 2024 by March 31, 2025.”

His income from Pantaluns was Rs 884.60 crore and ethnic and Rs 846.99 crore from ethnic and others.

In the financial year ended March 2025, ABFRL’s net loss was Rs 455.82 crore.

In Fiscal Year 25, the revenue from the operation was Rs. 7,354.73 crore.

On Friday, the stock of Adulta Birla Fashion and Retail Limited settled at Rs 88.50, which was 1.50 percent below the previous closure.
