Actor Ausha Sharma opened two back surgery due to a busy training and an ignoring initial warning signals between the work program. Reflection on the same, in a recent interview, he said that having a six-pack body does not indicate a fit one and the experience taught him a valuable lesson.

In an interview with Hindustan Times“I have a firm belief that a six-pack body is not a fitted body. But everyone who is trying to follow it is a tendency that I don’t think is fitness. It is a beauty and a difference between fitness and aesthetics.”

The actor said, “I always say that the days when we are doing those six-pack body shots, I really feel the weakest in my life.”

In addition, he shared how he abolished two back surgery. He said “I was taking my body messages lightly for a long time. I was under constant training and I misunderstood it as a muscle agony. It was just saying the body, ‘Stop, give it a break’.”

The ‘Loveyatri’ actor said, “I was in the middle of a shoot when it was increased. When I saw the doctor and suddenly I was told that there was an issue in the back and my L4 and L5 is giving me trouble.”

On a light note, the actor expressed that his time in the hospital helped him in bondage with his family. He said, “In a very positive barrier, it gave me a lot of time at home with my children and wife. We called it a relationship practice. My son started cooking for me and made a good avocado toast. Arpita (Khan, wife) and I caught a lot of films. Therefore, it became a different heat for me.”

He concluded by saying that learning to take a break is a big change in his life. He said that his fitness routine now includes resting his body and discovering external activities like jogging.
