The fame of ‘Patal Lok’ actor Asif Khan and ‘Panchayat’ suffered a heart attack two days ago and were admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. According to sources, he is now fixing, and is discharged in a few days.

Aasif shared a picture from the hospital on his Instagram stories, and wrote a heartfelt note, “Feeling after seeing this for the last 36 hours, life is small, can change in a day for a day, can change everything in a moment, be grateful to all of you and remember all of you who are more important for you and we are a gift and we are a gift.”

‘Panchayat’ actor in his special statement Today IndiaSaid, “In the last few hours, I am dealing with some health issues that need to be hospitalized. I am grateful to share that I am now on the road to recover and feel much better. I really appreciate all love, anxiety and best wishes. Your support means that I will return the world very soon.

Asif played Ganesh in ‘Panchayat’ streaming of viral fever on prime video. The satirical comedy series also included Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, Chandan Roy, Faisal Malik and Sanvika, Durgesh Kumar, Ashok Pathak, Sunita Rajwar and Pankaj Jha in lead roles.

One of the suspects, the actor essayed the role of Kabir M in ‘Petal Folk Season 1’. The crime-thriller series had an artist contingent in a contingent of artists including Jaideep Ahlawat, Gul Panag, Neeraj Kabi, Swastik Mukherjee, Ishwak Singh, Abhishek Banerjee and Niharika Lya Dutta.

Aasif made her acting debut as a junior artist in films like ‘Ready’ (2011) and ‘Agneepath’ (2012). He later acted in popular Bollywood films such as ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ (2017), ‘Pagglat’ (2021) and ‘Kakuda’ (2024).

Aasif’s final dramatic release was the horror-comedy ‘The Bhootni’.
