Sharvari is making great strides in her professional journey as she has had an eventful year. She received positive responses from the audience for her powerful performances in her horror-comedy Munjya and Veda. Apart from this, she also became an internet favourite with Maharaj opposite Junaid Khan. Recently, the actress recalled how Aamir Khan praised her performance even before the screening, and he watched the film.
Recently, while talking to News18 Showsha, Sharvari spoke about the appreciation she received from Aamir Khan for working with his son Junaid Khan in Maharaj. The actress said that she couldn’t believe her ears.
“Aamir sir met me before the screening. And I remember he told me, ‘You are very good in the film. You have done a really good job.’ And I hadn’t seen the film till then. So, when he praised me, I was very confident that I must have done something good in the film,” she recalled.
Enjoying the glory of the great phase of her career, the Alpha actress has not let the ‘unbelievable’ streak get to her head. She revealed that she has waited for this moment for a long time. Hence, she believes that this success will take her ahead of herself.
Sharvari further added, “I have been in the news only in recent months when my films have done well, but I know that I have given auditions for many years, faced rejection many times, wanted to do many films and couldn’t get them.”
According to the Munjya actress, her journey keeps her grounded and reminds her of the difficult days she has gone through. Hence, she believes in keeping her feet very firmly on the ground. For her, the audience’s response is a “huge validation” that reinforces her belief that she is doing something right.
On the work front, Sharvari will next be seen in Alpha alongside Alia Bhatt. The upcoming hard-core action entertainer is a part of YRF’s much-loved spy world. Last month, on August 30, both the actresses took to their social media handles and posted a heartwarming picture from their shoot in Kashmir.
