Actor Aamir Khan has bought a new apartment in Pali Hill, Mumbai. According to documents obtained by SquareYards.com, he has purchased this luxurious property for over Rs 9 crore.

According to a Hindustan Times report, Aamir Khan has bought this property for Rs 9.75 crore. It is ready-to-move-in and measures around 1,027 sq ft. The sale agreement was finalised on June 25.

This luxurious residential building is located in Bella Vista Apartments in Pali Hill. Apart from his new property in one of the most prestigious residential areas of Mumbai, Aamir Khan also owns multiple properties in the same apartment as well as Marina Apartments. Interestingly, both Bella Vista and Marina are slated for redevelopment.

Aamir’s current sprawling, sea-facing house is in Bandra which is spread across 5,000 square feet across two floors. It has minimalist interiors and a large open area. Apart from this, in 2013, the actor also bought a farmhouse worth Rs 7 crore in Panchgani. Reportedly, Aamir also owns 22 houses in Shahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Meanwhile, in terms of work, Aamir Khan was last seen in ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’. The film flopped at the box office. However, his last production ‘Laapata Ladies’ received appreciation from the audience and critics. He will next be seen in ‘Sitar Zameen Par’, which will release in theatres around Christmas in 2024.
