Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt has joined the growing list of celebrities to appreciate the film Dhurandhar. The film, starring Ranveer Singh, has become the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time, earning recognition for both its story and performances.

Alia Bhatt has added her voice to the praise of Ranveer Singh’s latest film. stalwartWhich has topped the box office charts of India. On Thursday, the actor’s production house, Eternal Sunshine, issued a statement expressing appreciation for the film’s achievement and its resonance with contemporary audiences.

Eternal Sunshine’s statement read, “It is the voice of today’s India. It is the choice of today’s India. It is based on a chapter in history. And now it is the number one chapter in India’s cinema history.”

The statement concluded with anticipation of the film’s sequel, saying, “If part one did this in the winter, imagine what part two will bring in the spring.” Dhurandhar 2 is scheduled to release in theaters on March 19.

On social media, Alia shared the official statement via her Instagram stories, adding the words ‘Movie Magic’. She and Ranveer have worked together before, notably gully boy And Rocky and Rani’s love story.

Earlier in the day, actor Vivek Oberoi shared his thoughts stalwartCalled it “not a spectacle, but an unwavering act of remembrance and reckoning.” He praised director Aditya Dhar and noted the emotional and historical aspects of the film.

Vivek further praised the film’s narrative approach, saying, “It doesn’t just narrate; it lets the story bleed,” and expressed his gratitude to those serving on the country’s borders. “To the men and women, known and unknown, who stand as our shields while we sleep—thank you (Thank you). Our nation will always be in your debt,” he concluded in his post.

In March, the sequel of Dhurandhar will clash with Yash’s Toxic and Adivasi Shesh’s Dacoit at the box office.
