A UI7 has begun to roll for entry-level galaxy phones-Corea’s reports indicate that the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A16 (4G models) are now looking at the updates.
Both phones were launched with Android 14/A UI 6.1 and this is their first major OS update. A15 will get three more, while A16 gets premium treatment and it can expect five more. Both phones use Helio G99, by the way.

We are not yet reporting about the Galaxy A15 5G and the Galaxy A16 5G, but they cannot be far behind. He also launched with Android 14 and will receive 4 and 6 OS updates respectively. They have new chipsets – Demensity 6100+ for A15 5G and Demensity 6300/Exynos 1330 for A16 5G.
It is also a question when other areas will be seen updated. This is usually a gradual rollout, in the case of issues. According to the official roadmap, the Galaxy A15 was to receive updates in June, so it is ahead of the schedule (A16 was planned for May). Roadmap does not list 4G and 5G models separately, however, suggesting that they are to launch at the same time.
