The last day of Ramadan is here, and everyone around the world is preparing to celebrate Eid al-Fitr. Fenugreek is also known as Eid, it is a widely celebrated festival that marks a one -month conclusion of fasting (fast). Eid al-Fitr is celebrated on the first day of ‘Showal’, the tenth month of the Islamic lunar calendar. Since the month of Chandra Hijri depends on the philosophy of the moon, the exact date changes every year. This year, Ramadan began on 1 March (Saturday), which means that sweet Eid in India is expected to fall on 31 March or 1 April 2025.

Fenugreek Eid marks the transition from one month of self-restraint to a day of happiness, gratitude and celebration. The day begins with Salat al-Fajr (morning prayer). Friends, family and loved ones come together to exchange gifts, express love and enjoy a detailed Eid feast. 5. Royal tukda

Double is also known as Mita, it is the bread pure pure indulgence of the Muglai-style. The crispy fried bread slices are soaked in thick, sweet milk (rabdi) and the crisp is at the top with nuts and dried fruits, which is necessary for fenugreek Eid. Click here for the recipe.
