This Rajasthani Korma Paratha is very easy to make, and its recipe has been shared by @kasoor_e_methi on Instagram. Here’s how to make it:

1. Prepare the mixture:

First of all grind moong dal. Add onion, ginger paste and lots of spices – red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, fennel and asafoetida. Don’t forget the fresh coriander and salt. Mix everything well.

2. Make the dough:

Once all the ingredients are mixed, gradually add whole wheat flour and water and knead the dough. Let it rest for about 5 minutes.

3. Cook Paratha:

– Heat the pan on medium flame and add ghee in it. – Roll out the dough and make parathas and cook on the pan till both the sides become golden and crisp. Add a little more ghee to get the perfect golden crunch. Serve it hot with curd, pickle or your favorite chutney.
