In 50 Cent’s eyes, Eminem would become a great-grandfather. While promoting his new residency in Las Vegas titled 50 Cent: In da Club, the rapper told People about Marshall’s future grandson. Curtis Jackson said that the Temporary rapper will be the greatest grandfather his grandson will ever look up to.
50 told the outlet, “That grandson will say, ‘My grandpa’s still cool. My grandpa’s cool.'”
In the music video for his song Temporary, released on October 3, fans learned that the rapper was going to be a grandfather for the first time. The clip featured home videos of Hailey Jade Scott – her daughter.
She later appeared on camera handing her father a special ‘Grandpa’ jersey as well as a sonogram photo, which left the rapper emotional. Hailey also said in her announcement that she and her husband Evan McClintock are expecting their first child together.
50 Cent revealed that even after such a significant change in his life, Eminem continues to stay cool and reign on top of the rap game. In his opinion, even after becoming a grandparent, the Rap God hitmaker is still one of the best rappers.
He told the outlet, “[Eminem’s]still in that pocket. He’s still doing the same thing, still drilling it, still number one, still selling the most. He Can still do it. Can still maintain it.”
Recalling how they have known each other for so long, Fifty said that Marshall is like his own grandparents who raised him. He noted that the early encouragement M gave Jackson when he was starting out was important and that bond still exists. After being signed to Shady Records in 2002, 50 achieved success in music, film, and television careers, while Mathers remained focused on his musical endeavors.
Praising Em for becoming a future dream rockstar grandfather, Jackson said, “He still hasn’t lost his cool. He’s still the biggest rap artist in the world.”
Meanwhile, 50 Cent: In Da Club will be held six times at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, with a special New Year’s Eve party already scheduled.
