Ivan Ren and Judith Solto, both 30, have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Police have recovered a weapon. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
“EPS typically does not release the name of a deceased person until the death is confirmed to be a homicide,” said EPS Homicide Staff Sgt. Rob Billaway said in a press release. “However, in this case, we are releasing Mr. Singh’s name for the purposes of the investigation and in an effort to minimize public safety concerns regarding his unfortunate death.”
This is the second murder in a week.
