A 14-year-old boy in the United States has pleaded guilty to breaking into the home of a 91-year-old woman and sexually assaulting her at night. according to PeopleJesse Stone, who was accused of sexual assault and theft, entered the plea last week. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office said the teen was arrested in June after the woman called police to report that she had been sexually assaulted in her Florida home. The 91-year-old woman told police that when she woke up, she saw a 14-year-old boy breaking into her house and then the boy beat her and sexually assaulted her.
After the attack, the 14-year-old told police that a neighbor had filmed a man jogging in the area wearing a dark T-shirt and shorts the night before. Although he denied it was him in the clip, a detective noted that he was wearing similar clothing to the man seen in the footage.
According to People, Jesse Stone was arrested after forensic investigators identified him through DNA evidence. The 14-year-old later admitted to “illegally entering the victim’s home, assaulting the victim, and then sexually assaulting her.” He told investigators he entered the home through the living room door and viewed pornography on her iPad.
The woman, on the other hand, told the police that she had talked to Kishore before and that she considered him a “good boy”.

“This type of unimaginable violence is shocking to me, even after my many years in law enforcement,” Sheriff Billy Woods said after the arrest. “It came as a shock that anyone would do such an act to a 91 year old man, but when we see the young age of the person arrested it is really disturbing. However I strongly believe that He must be held accountable for his crime, as a father, my condolences go out to his family. Hopefully his arrest will help prevent him from committing such acts in the future.”
After being arrested, the 19-year-old was handed over to the Juvenile Justice Department. according to mirrorThe teen has been charged as an adult with burglary of a dwelling with sexual assault and battery by someone under the age of 18 on a victim over the age of 12. He is due back in court for sentencing on December 19.
