Olive Bar & Kitchen has an exciting new menu you won’t want to miss. Inspired by Chef Chirag’s recent travels to Turkey and the Middle East, the new dishes are delicious and satisfying. Highlights include Burrata Salad, Turkish Manti, Cacio e Pepe Pavese, Imambayildi, Brick Chicken, Zucchini Roulade, Wild Mushroom Pappardelle, Butternut Squash Risotto, Kataife French Toast, and Tahina Creme Brulee.

2. Bombay Canteen, Lower Parel

Bombay Canteen has a new and vibrant menu inspired by the seasonal dishes loved by regional Indian communities this season. Diners can savour delicious dishes such as Summer Gourd Chokha, Summer Greens Patta Chaat, Amiri Khaman, Bheja Pepper Fry, Syrian Marrow Masala, Smoked Beetroot Kulcha, Green Tomato Korma, Lasaniya Batata, Wild Mushroom Brinji, Telangana Chicken Curry and more! 3. La Loca Maria, Bandra
La Loca Maria has created an all-new Mango menu to celebrate the arrival of this beloved seasonal fruit. Chef Manuel Olvera has created a variety of delicious dishes, including Mango Gazpacho, Scallop and Mango Tartare, Mango Coco Pina, Mango Margarita and more. 4. Thai Nam, Andheri

Thai Nam’s aromatic summer menu promises a memorable meal. We got to taste their brand new Summer Bento Box, which includes a chilled mixed fruit salad, summer rolls, Thai yellow curry and jasmine rice. While the Veg Bento Box also features a crisp portion of mixed green vegetables with mild garlic, the chicken version offers a tempting minced chicken with basil sauce. There’s also a seafood bento box with similar elements and steamed fish with yellow bean sauce. Thai Nam has also launched a new mocktail menu with delicious beverages to help you beat the heat. Jade by Thai has the goodness of melon and passion fruit, while Dusk Delight has a mix of kiwi, pear and apple. For dessert, their Mango Sticky Rice

5. Sukun, Bandra

Sukun in Bandra is a green haven in the heart of the city. This summer, the restaurant has some of the best and yummiest dishes that will make the garden dining experience even better. Get ready to gorge on Mango Sourdough Toast, Makhana and Edamame Warm Salad, Mango and Avocado Salad, Rasam, Thukpa, Hyderabadi Paneer, Mango Tres Leches and much more.

6. Veronica, Bandra
Veronica’s has added some new dishes to the menu that are perfect for eating during the holidays. Some of the dishes that you must try are the Bandra Bro-Coli Falafel Burger, Clucking Good Shawarma, Bangin’ Lamb Burger, Asian Spicy Crunch Salad and Mediterranean Platter. Don’t forget to check out the new and exciting baked dishes like the Caprese Babka, Chicken Sausage Roll, Loaded Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Not Rachel’s Custard Trifle.

7. Fu

Foo has launched its all-new seasonal menu “Fresh at Foo: The Mango Edit”. It features a variety of summer specials that have flavours you’ll crave for again and again. We got a chance to taste them for ourselves at one of the Mumbai outlets. Start your meal with a delicious avocado and mango salad, loaded with refreshing ingredients perfect for this season. Another mango-avocado combo you must try is the veg sushi: the Crispy Mango Tempura Maki. We also loved its non-vegetarian counterpart: the Smoky Hamachi Maki. The pakoras on the menu – Snow Pea and Asparagus (vegetarian) and Chicken (vegetarian) – also have mango stuffing, but it’s their presentation that will grab your attention. Both have a royal raven black coating topped with gold dust.
The small plates include two popular favorites with a mango twist: Crispy Lotus Root and Sweet & Spicy Chicken. Next, we enjoyed a delicious stir-fried chili jasmine rice with raw mango, edamame, plant protein and more. If you feel the need for some extra toppings or gravy, you can pair it with one of Foo’s signature mains from the regular menu. For dessert, mango lovers can enjoy Foo’s Mango Block – which includes mousse, ice cream, white chocolate and other delicacies in a single plate.

8. Hotel Marine Plaza, Marine Lines
Hotel Marine Plaza has launched new refreshing desserts and drinks featuring the king of fruits. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and relish a range of mango delicacies. Check out their Ruby Chocolate and Mango Mousse Delight, Mango Matcha Cheesecake, Fresh Cut Mango with Whipped Cream/Vanilla Ice Cream, Mango Shake, Mango Panna, Mangocolada, The Margarita with a Twist and Mango Passion.

9. La Mar, Worli
La Mar has unveiled a Sunday brunch menu that aims to banish the Monday blues before it even begins. Among other dishes, guests can enjoy a scrumptious range of dim sum and sushi appetizers such as chicken coriander dumplings, prawn har gao dumplings, spicy tuna rolls and more. Guests can serve their dishes with a glass of their favourite beverage, whether it’s a classic GNT, a refreshing margarita or a fruity sangria.

10. The Nines, Juhu
Nines has a new High Tea menu that brings a twist to this culinary experience. Start with the Burrata Salad or Spicy Cottage Cheese and Parmesan Toast, or go healthy with the Quinoa and Avocado Salad or Fig Salad. Small plate options include Edamame Hummus with Grilled Vegetables, Avocado Burst, California Cream Cheese, Sakura Bliss, Dragon, Truffle Philadelphia and more. In addition, there are pizzas and savory side dishes. Finally, end your meal on a sweet note with the Hazelnut Mousse or Love Me Pancakes.

11. Blah!, BKC
Blah has an exciting new summer menu that you must check out. There are some special dishes that you must try, such as the Poached Pear and Star Fruit Salad, Grilled Prawns and Sugarcane Skewers, Hong Kong Style Mango Pancakes and Mango Smoothie Bowl. Ami Shroff, India’s first female flair bartender, mixologist and performing artist, has created a special cocktail selection to complement the seasonal dishes. There are also great non-alcoholic drink options known as “Sobertails”.

12. Kebab Corner, Intercontinental Marine Drive
Kabab Corner has been delighting customers with its authentic cuisine since 1965. It recently announced an exciting new menu, crafted by Executive Sous Chef Lalit Rai and Master Chef Faiz Qureshi. Through its new offering, the restaurant will now proudly showcase the distinct flavours of Awadhi, Himachali, Kashmiri and Punjabi cuisine. The team aims to remain committed to sourcing the finest ingredients, ensuring that each dish reflects the essence of its origin. We are told that the spices are carefully selected from the finest masalas of Lucknow, the spice bazaars of Jama Masjid and the lanes of Old Delhi.
