Versova has a huge new roastery and bakehouse called Silk Road Coffee Company (SRCC). Founded by Parth Suri and Shamit Tyagi, the establishment is envisioned as a community-centric space and is spread across 3,500 square feet. While the ground floor offers visitors a glimpse of the live coffee roastery and bakery, the first floor is divided into indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Since the café is located away from the main road, there is not much traffic noise. With great options for different tastes, one can enjoy a range of specialty coffee drinks. Indulge in delicious pastries, sandwiches, croissants and other types of sweets and baked goods. Also keep an eye out for the manual brew bar with offerings like Pour Over, Spiced Pour Over (Ellsworth), and Aeropress. Customers can purchase carefully sourced beans and roast them in-house, taking a piece of the Silk Road experience home with them. SRCC is also proud of its use of the exclusive Slayer Espresso Machine: a one-of-a-kind brewing device available only at this location in India.

Andheri’s famous Lokhandwala neighborhood is now home to Luv, a captivating new restaurant experience helmed by brothers Luv Deshpande and chef Akash Deshpande. EL&N London, the globally renowned lifestyle and café brand known for its picturesque setting, has opened its first Indian outlet at Jio World Plaza in BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex). Founded by Alexandra Miller, EL&N (Eat, Live, & Nourish), the café features 2,130 square feet of lush floral decor and a quintessentially chic ambiance. It offers fashion-forward design, specialty coffee and a unique fusion of all. Day meal. The Mumbai outlet will serve EL&N’s signature menu, which will include dishes like smashed avocado toast, delicious croissants and delicious cakes, while also featuring exclusive local dishes.

4. Hitchens, Khar
Khar-Bandra West Belt has an exciting new addition to its buzzing F&B scene with the launch of Hitchens – Cocktails & Ideas, a sophisticated resto-bar named after the iconic author Christopher Hitchens. It was founded by Rakesh Singh and Aparna Sood and is backed by a group of creative entrepreneurs from different artistic fields. The kitchen, helmed by Chef Gracian de Souza and helmed by Chef Harsh Parikh, offers a modern European menu with playful Asian touches. The bar program is helmed by acclaimed mixologist Pawan Singh Rawat, known for his sophisticated approach and unique creations. The food menu, created by Chef Rahul Desai, retains some staples from the BKC location and also includes new brunch-inspired options.
