Are you a fan of Salman Khan? If yes, then you are definitely excited to celebrate the Bollywood superstar’s 59th birthday today (December 27). As a fan, you have probably watched most of his films and can easily reproduce his iconic dialogues. But here’s something that might surprise you: Salman is a foodie at heart. And today we have decided to talk about Salman’s favorite dishes. Thanks to Salman Khan’s sister Arpita, we know what ours is ‘Bhaijaan’ Like to eat. Speaking to IANS, he confirmed that Salman is a foodie like the rest of his family. However, he loves home-cooked food.
The actor enjoys Mutton Biryani, Beetroot Chicken, Junglee Chicken and Dal Bhoot. But that’s not all – he is also a fan of rajma rice and bhindi. Do you know that Salman Khan has a “special dish” that his family loves? He calls it mixing. As Arpita revealed, “We have our own in-house special recipe called Mixture, which is created by Bhai. It is a recipe developed by him, and it is on top of everything else.”

Salman Khan has previously shared that he follows a strict diet and maintains a healthy lifestyle. His food is rich in protein, but it is yellow lentils, especially cooked by his mother, that he really enjoys. For breakfast, he often has low-fat milk and egg whites, while his lunch usually consists of meat dishes, fish, salad and fruits. Like many others, Salman Khan loves kebabs, and he especially enjoys it with Kurma Thali during Eid, reports Bombay Times.

Salman Khan celebrated his birthday at Arpita’s house and shared the occasion with his niece Ayat. In a video shared by a fan page on Instagram, Salman is seen enjoying the festivities with family members. A selection of cakes were displayed on the table, including a rainbow-themed four-tier cake, a vanilla treat and a rich, creamy red velvet dessert.
